Their ethos centres on accessibility and consistent quality from vineyard to bottle. 100% Merlot from the 2023 vintage, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel before malolactic fermentation. Bright ruby in the glass, this Merlot shows inviting aromas of plum, black cherry and a subtle Italian herbal lift. The palate is smooth and juicy, with soft tannins and balanced acidity carrying through a friendly, easy-drinking finish. A solid red that works really well with pizzas or a roast.
